Digital Products (E-Books)

All products sold on NextLeap Digital are digital downloads (eBooks). Since digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not automatic.

Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Granted

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issue: Inability to access or download the eBook due to a system issue on our side (reported within 24 hours).
  • Duplicate Payment: Accidental multiple charges for the same product.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • eBook successfully delivered or accessed
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction
  • Accidental purchase
  • Device, software, or internet issues
  • Failure to review product details before purchase

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on Stripe or your bank.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
